For your team
Set the design and company details once and share the link. Everyone just adds their own name, title and phone, and every signature looks the same.
Why a consistent email signature matters
Each employee sends dozens of emails a day, and every one is a small brand touchpoint. Signatures with different fonts, colours and outdated titles make a company look scattered. One design, correct titles and working links build trust and send traffic to your website.

How the team link works
Set the company details, logo, colour, template and any banner once, then click Create team link. The link carries these settings itself; nothing is stored on a server. Colleagues who open it only add their own name, title and contact details, so every signature matches.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Short answers on building email signatures for Gmail and Outlook.
Why doesn’t my logo or photo show?
Images in email signatures load from a web address, not from a file. The image must be at a public address starting with https://, such as the logo on your company website. A file on your computer or an intranet address will not show for recipients. SVG logos do not display in Outlook; use PNG or JPG.
My signature looks broken in Outlook. What can I do?
The tool builds the signature with the table layout Outlook supports, but classic Outlook can still alter formatting on paste. In that case download the .htm file and place it in Outlook’s Signatures folder. Round photos show as squares in classic Outlook; that is an Outlook limitation.
What is Gmail’s signature character limit?
Gmail signatures can be up to 10,000 characters. The tool shows your signature’s HTML length as you type and warns you if you go over. Long disclaimers and many icons use up the limit fastest.
Is the team link safe? Do you store our data?
No data is sent to a server. The team link carries only company and design settings; personal details are never included. What each person types is stored only in their own browser.
What should an email signature include?
Name, job title, company, phone and website are enough. A logo and a single campaign banner strengthen the brand; lots of icons, quotes and coloured text make a signature cluttered and can trigger spam filters.
Where do the social media icons load from?
If you turn icons on, they load from ismailkayacan.com. If you prefer not to use icons, networks appear as plain text links, which is the safest option across every email client.
